Chris is a Baltimore, Maryland native who ventured north to New England to study Hospitality at Boston University back in 2007. After over a decade studying in Boston’s restaurant industry, Chris is bringing a restaurant’s worth of experience to your kitchens.

With over a decade of career experience working to make himself the “Swiss army knife of a restaurant,” Chris works to bring that wealth of food, beverage and hospitality experience to truly make your next special event pop. Classically trained in French & Italian techniques and possessing an innate desire to experiment with new flavors, Chris can prepare you anything from a classic French night in to an intricate multi-course tasting menu limited only by the imagination.

Based in magical Salem, Massachusetts, Chris is readily available to serve folks around new England. Whether you are a family who could use a little help with the weekly meal prep, or someone hoping to plan that special evening for a birthday, anniversary, engagement party, etc. Chris is happy to travel to you to help execute your vision. Visiting Salem for the season? Even better! Chris has significant experience working in Airbnb’s and is happy to help you escape the crowds and tourist traps.
