Inspired by childhood family gatherings, happening almost monthly around my Mommom’s table, to get together and celebrate birthdays, holidays, and our family. I wanted to bring that sense of family, togetherness, and community north with me and share it with you all.

“Camellia Sinensis”
April, the height of the "First Flush" harvest season of the plant, Camellia Sinensis, the leaves of which produce the beverage known across the world as "Tea". A personal favorite of mine since my childhood being raised on Southern Sweet Tea, join us on Friday, April 25th at 6:30 PM for a multi-course tasting menu titled "Camellia Sinensis", a celebration of the myriad forms and applications of this beautiful evergreen shrub enjoyed since ancient history. Menu to Follow. Welcome snacks upon arrival at 6:30; dinner begins promptly at 7PM.

“Evergreen”
March, a month where the greens of nature spring forth from the melting snow and thawing soil. The time of the Vernal Equinox, we welcome the return of longer days and shorter nights. Come join us on Saturday, March 22nd at 6:30 PM for a multi-course tasting menu titled "Evergreen" a celebration of the various shades and flavors of green we find at the birth of Spring.
