April, the height of the "First Flush" harvest season of the plant, Camellia Sinensis, the leaves of which produce the beverage known across the world as "Tea". A personal favorite of mine since my childhood being raised on Southern Sweet Tea, join us on Friday, April 25th at 6:30 PM for a multi-course tasting menu titled "Camellia Sinensis", a celebration of the myriad forms and applications of this beautiful evergreen shrub enjoyed since ancient history.
